Shipping & Return Policy

At Shopixen, we aim to make your watch shopping experience smooth and reliable. Below are our shipping and return guidelines.

1. Shipping (Pakistan Only)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

    • Rs. 250 delivery fee for orders under Rs. 5,000.

  • Logistics Partners: TCS, Leopard, and Trax for secure and timely delivery.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or model.

  • The watch arrived damaged or defective.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Raise a request within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide an unboxing video and order details at info@shopixen.com or our WhatsApp number.

  • Product must be unused, with protective seals intact, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

5. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

  • No refunds for:

    • Used watches.

    • Damage caused by mishandling or unauthorized repairs.

    • Change of mind after delivery.
